Helpful Tips On Ordering

Q. Should I send the original or a white print. What about sending a scanned image?
The original is usually not required. If your white print is not legible in areas, or if it contains very, very fine linework please send the original. We welcome scanned images - we can take any format, but we recommend you send a compressed format like jpg or tif. Our e-mail address is service@dartmap.com.
Q. Can I fold the white print or should I send it in a roll?
Rolled drawings are preferred as you can imagine, however folded drawings are generally OK . When absolute accuracy is required please roll the drawing.
Q. How long does it take to get everything back?
The typical turnaround time is two weeks. When you order you can choose the turnaround period.

Yes. We offer significant discounts for larger orders. Our internet quote system is designed for single requests. Please contact us for our best price when you have a large order.
